Anything that looks interesting. I love to find old and unusual things and then do research to learn more about them. The excitement of holding a piece of history in my hands is thrilling! I'm a space nut so I like rockets, outer space, sci-fi stuff. Anything that inspires imagination!

Banks, tin wind-up toys, antique trunks, small dolls and vintage toys, (I'm a kid at heart). Science fiction toys and gizmo's, Trolls, jewelry, lots of stuff. My house looks like an antique shop!

Treasure hunting; finishing the stucco-straw bale house we built; caring for our ranchland which gives me an endless amount of tree-trimming and weed-pulling. Listening to audio books, playing on pool leagues and in local tournaments (9-ball and 8-ball are great stress relievers); researching and pricing items for my antique booth in old Bisbee. Travel for my business and for fun. Never a dull moment for me!

Antique guides and newsletters. Audio books on cassette or CD, Detective, suspense, mysteries, love stories. Sci-fi.

Nothing gory, bloody, or sick-minded. Real life has shown me too much of that to make it entertaining. I like funny movies and ones with happy endings. Adventure and fantasy movies and outer space or psychology thrillers.

Just about anything but hard-core rap, loud and obnoxious rock and some dreary blues.

I'm too busy to watch much T.V. Of course Antique Roadshow is education hour for me as is the British program, Cash in the Attic. I loved Home Improvement, MASH, cop shows from the 80's & 90's. Farscape, Star Treks, X-Files. History and Discovery channel shows feed my brain.

In 1985 I ventured into self-employment after suffering a shoulder injury that sidelined my law enforcement & corrections careers. While I was recuperating I sewed & sold a car accessory idea made from sheepskin. This led to covering my saddle with sheepskin for more comfortable riding. In 1986 I opened up a home-based business called JMS Products. aka Just Merino Sheepskin. For over 21 years now we have been the leading manufacturer of sheepskin consumer products for the comfort of horses, riders, children, pets, and travel. (No, we don't make carseat covers but we do make slippers!) A 2nd company was born in 1994 with the help of my daughters. Erin's Original HORSEPLAY Rugs & Toys. We created a 3x5 ft play rug for kids to play their toy cars and horses on and we represent toy companies that accessorize our rugs. After 21 years it's time to retire. So if you love horses, are good at customer service and appreciate product quality this could be an instant business for you!

UPS is easiest because we have a pick-up account plus they give free insurance for the 1st $100 value and a tracking number. The post office requires a 50 mile round-trip. Due to fuel costs, we don't run into town everyday so shipping via post office may be free for some of the items we offer, or less cost than UPS but it can take a few extra days before we can ship.

I like happy customers. Generally we'll work with you if for some reason you need to return the item or cancel a bid. We do not credit the shipping charges. And, we do not accept substituted or broken items back that were not the originals of what we sent. If it's one of our sheepskin items, we will repair or replace defective items and we will do custom sewing for special order items but those are not returnable.
