Since more than 2 years I am trading online. I started in Poland at the Allegro market place, with the name etno-style. I do also have some shops in other smaller online shops. Mostly people are surprised about my fast service and the good packing of the ordered item. I think nobody wants to wait very long on their order - that's why I always try to finish the deal asap. I am also proud to have orders from museums and private collectors. This made myself even more secure of the items I trade with. But as a resume I think, good knowledge and luck is the main factor of making everybody happy. For this I will always work on my skills to find and prove the best items.

There are several ways to pay your order. The most convenient form is to use PayPal. But there are other possibilities like moneybookers or PayPay as well. For European customers there is a possibility to pay to my Polish Bank Account. Everybody else can also use my Thai Bank Account. Details of the money transfer we can always solve personally by email. As soon as I can see the payment on my statement, I will ship the goods to you. Sorry - I can't do the payment by post after shipping, because this service is not supported oversea.

Normally I ship within 48 hours, after I receive the payment for the goods. Every item will be packed very carefully and will be shipped by postal services. This service takes up to 10 days, but in most cases it will be faster. As standard I send every shipment registered. It will save us later on many problems if an item does not arrive (the actual quote is 1 out of 100 shipments are missing). Another fast and save way of shipping will be the EMS service, which is most of the time a little bit more expensive. In the case of using other shipping partners like FedEx or DHL please ask for the price before. But there is always a possibility to serve your need. Please note that I only charge the postal fee and the packing material. I will never charge for the handling of the item. That is why my shipping rates are so reasonable and do most of the time do not cost more than in your own country.

As a private person, living in Thailand, I have to follow the Thai laws. Therefore the place of justice is Chiang Mai, Thailand. If the item is damaged from shipping you have the right to return it at any time. Please do make a photo and send it by email to me. In any other case you can give the item back within one month. I will pay back the full amount of the item cost. The details about sending back we will have to clear by email. Don't worry - whenever you do have a problem with your order please let me know, we will always find a solution which satisfies both of us. Verbal special agreements to the present treaty do not exist. Changes or additions of the present treaty require writing (E-Mail has validity).
