Seller shipped the fly rod without insuring it. The rod was removed and stolen in transit but the empty tube was still shipped to me by USPS. Upon contacting the Seller, their recommendation was to file a claim with USPS. Without insurance, such a claim would be meaningless. Seller was negligent by not insuring the item.
