Shipping information
All of our items are carefully packaged and shipped. Without fail. For those who have never sold an item, large or small, it's difficult to imagine the after-auction-ends scenerio. Let me tell you, it's the biggest part of the entire process. We are proud to say (just ask any of our buyers!) that we put as much care into a small value item as we do into a larger ticketed sale when it comes to our handling, packing and shipping. Our goal is to get your item to you in perfect shape and as quickly as possible. The hours that can go into preparing a handfull of DVD's can add up on you very quickly. Do we go the extra 1.5 miles when it comes to the handling/packing/shipping process? Indeed we do. Sometimes this does mean we spend a little too much time and effort doing a perfect packing job, but that's what we expect from people we buy from so we have no problem making sure you get what you pay for safely and in the same condition as when we first packed it!
Return policy
Our return policy is very simple. We offer auctions of quality. We take every step possible to ensure that there are adequate pictures and descriptions given on every auction. Period. We're proud of our 100%, 5-Star feedback as a seller and plan to keep it that way by being open and honest with our buyers. We've never had a return yet, but we do have a stated policy that if the item is returnable, it must be returned due to a gross misrepresentation on our part, it must be back in our hands within three days after receipt of the buyer. As long as you meet that criteria, the sale price will be refunded, not both the final purchase price AND S/H costs. You are also responsible for return shipment and will not be compensated for it. My friends, it's really easy: If you have a question, ask as many as you want BEFORE you bid. All questions are answered quite promptly! And for the record, returning an item because you decide you don't like it will not be acceptable!!
