I am very involved in everything I do. When I sell an item I always send an invoice with a note thanking the person. I let them know when I receive payment, when shipment is going out and I ALWAYS LEAVE FEEDBACK! I give the item time to get to the person and then check back to make sure it got there ok and they are happy. As of today, Nov. 7, 2007 I am changing when I leave feedback. In the past I always left it as soon as a person paid for their item and if I was buying as soon as I received the item. To often people leave NO feedback, this is the only way a buyer or seller can rate how well they are doing their job. I always wondered why people I purchased from waited until I left feedback before they did the same....now I know. From now on I will do as most sellers do, I'll wait until the person buying leaves feedback and then I'll do the same...maybe this way more people will take the time to leave feedback.

I love PayPal...fast and easy. I also except Money Orders, Cashier Checks and Personal Checks. I ship as soon as payment is made through PayPal and as soon as I receive a Money Order or Cashiers Check. I ship as soon as Personal Check clears my bank,(I check online daily).

I usually ship Priority Mail but if you perfer some other way, just email me and ask, what ever makes you happy I can do. I have shipments going out almost daily, postman comes right to my door, so as soon as payment is made your items go out. If you win the bid on more than one item I will always be happy to combine your shipments to save you money. Just wait until auctions close and I will send a combined invoice with total shipping cost.

Yes...I do take returns. If you buy an item and it's not what I have stated it to be, just let me know. I always try to make sure my descriptions are complete and describe the items as best I know how, but I am human and I do make mistakes.
