If you manufacture a product for the consumer why not make the best quality product that you can. This is the philosophy we follow, and will continue to follow to the end.

Moon Dragon Enterprises offers the following Returns Policy: We offer product returns for a period of  seven working days with reasonable justification. Mistakes made in the placement of the order by the customer may be addressed with product replacement of the intended selection. Please be careful and review your order before final submission of said order. Mistakes made by Moon Dragon Enterprises in the fulfillment of the order will be corrected immediately with verification of selection, and return of item sent in error, with postage being paid for by Moon Dragon Enterprises.  Products must be returned in new condition as shipped. Any obvious signs of abuse, or excessive wear and tear will deny the return of the product. The order will in that case not be replaced, or refunded. Final decision is reserved by Moon Dragon Enterprises, and will do so fairly, and within reasonable parameters. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to Moon Dragon Enterprises.
