The writing of the "yukata for men" guide has been delayed, but still planned.

Hello, trowa610! Thank you for your suggestion. It is a great idea to do a men's yukata guide, indeed. There are very few sellers selling men's yukata on eBay, and I haven't seen a comprehensive guide on "how to put on a yukata -- for men". I will get working on it really soon here and hopefully have the guide up on eBay before the end of the month. Thanks again for your great suggestion!

Hi! your guide on where to get a yukata is great! I was wondering if you could do maybe a men's yukata guide if you know of anything that would be useful to the guys ( I've seen a lot of guys wearing yukata kinda wrong but I'm not too sure whats wrong with it... other then the obi is tied too high or something). I've looked online for men's yukata but its kinda hard to find any suggestions I tried some of your links and so far I've found a couple but not too many.

Hello, momotako and thank you for writing. I love to receive feedback and I humbly appreciate your thumbs up! I hope to add to and expand my yukata guides here on eBay this summer with more variations of how to tie the obi. When I lived in Japan, my mother (Japanese) did not teach me how to tie an obi and I used to own a pre-tied "tsukuri obi" only. It has been such a joy for me to learn new ways to wear the very accessible yukata. And to hear that my guides are helping other people enjoy yukata and obi is such a pleasure for me. Thank you again for writing and giving me such a wonderful feedback.

Hi Moonlight Mitzi,it's such a pleasure to find a comprehensive guide(and wonderfully, grammatically correct) on some beautiful things from Japan. I was married to a native Japanese man but he was far too impatient to tell me the little details about yukatas or kimonos.....I've always been fascinated by kimonos and i've worn the formal version twice but I always looked 'funny' and self-conscious.......My young daughter looks far more beautiful in the kimonos but the next time she'll be wearing is at 7.I find the yukata a lot more accessible and i was so glad to have found your guide(A friend wanted to borrow a yukata that i have and now i can direct her to your site). Keep up the great work and i'm working through to read all your guides. I'm not much on Ebay though. I'm also researching the 4 merchants you recommended and perhaps i'll buy another yukata... Thanks again and have a great weekend! Momotako.
