you can usually expect auctions , or fixed price listings from me around the holidays and near tax time starting this year, in fact the next sale will be the big tax sale starting most likely on april 1 st and going till close to my b-day on may 15th, give or take a few days everything will be a 10 day listing . I try to put a notice out at least 2 to 3 days before a start of a big listing run .
