Mosaic It!, formerly located in Washington is now located in Reno, NV. As Mosaic It!, we're new to eBay, but you might remember previous listings under the store name Mosaic Tile of Expressive Art. We recently took over the family business and wish to expand into a larger designer and home installation market in addition to the artisan. We accept PayPal and major credit cards.

Shipping information
We typically process orders the same day payment is received. We ship via USPS Flat Rate for both USA and International.

Return policy
All returns require RMA # (Return Materials Authorization Number) Call (775) 329-5454 to obtain number that needs to be on outside of box. Any returns without this RMA number will not be accepted from carrier. All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. Returns will be credited when received if they arrive: (a) In like new condition. Senders responsibility to pack and ship in safe manner. (b) Refund will be for cost of material only and not shipping costs. A deduction will be made for credit card processing and other fees incurred by us for the transaction.
