When a price is agreed upon by both parties the auction will be ended and an invoice will be sent through Ebay (the same as if the auction was won by the bidder). PAYMENT is expected within 24 hours of the invoice being sent, but we will give you a total of 7 days to pay. After 7 days have passed an unpaid item dispute will be opened and the item will be relisted. You will still have 7 more days to pay for the item, but a new invoice will be sent with a $7 late fee added on. If payment is not received by the 14th day then the dispute will be closed, resulting in an unpaid item mark on your account and a negative feedback. If the item you receive is not as described, damaged more than described, or the wrong part completely, a refund of 100%, including shipping, of the price you paid for the item will be given. Sufficient evidence of damage will be required in order to obtain a refund, i.e. picture or video. Most items sold are used and have wear, so do not expect to get showroom quality out of an item unless it is specifically stated that it is in that good of condition. If you buy an item and upon receiving it decide you don't want it, a refund of the winning bid minus an 18% re-stocking fee will be given, not including shipping, as soon as the item is returned. Take time to research the items being sold, look carefully at the pictures and description, and ask any questions you may have. In order to obtain a refund you will have to provide evidence of damage then ship the part back to us. Once it is received it will be inspected.
