I ordered a left hand motorcycle mirror, as pictured and described in their listing. They sent me a right handhand mirror. I asked to send it back and get a refund. They asked me to provide pictures which I did, they were very rude and failed to acknowledge they sent the incorrect part and didn't offer a return address or refund. Dot use them, their customer service is disgusting and they clearly can't tell left from right. Now I have to go through PayPal dispute to get my money back- useless!!!

paid for a Uno 7L white-red stem, received a Uno non-7L white stem. no trace of shipment, thus asked seller, who claimed he did send it on time. enquired at La Poste, cleared out no shipping done. seller then, 1 week later, sent item out. I asked seller for replacement and tried to negotiate but seller denied all saying there're variations and I still got a Uno stem anyway. after all these decided to abandon it. better to avoid, a big disappointment :-(
