Sharp looking upgrade!
Install was mostly straight forward. Make sure you have amber bulbs if you reuse your blinkers and parking lights. I opted to wire the halos into the parking lights. Tricky to do because I had to splice it in, and this was the most time consuming and effort part of the job. Instructions were basically worthless and could be a LOT better. This knocks this set down to 4 starts out of 5 in my book. Outside of that- I put in 35W HIDs, and they looked good with the projector lens. I didn’t have to adjust them from the stock setting and the cutoff line was pretty close to the old set, so I let it be. I did the whole job by myself and it took a good 4 hours to complete. Totally worth the money and a great value. Just hope they last but I’m sure that they will outlast the vehicle since it’s a 2000.

Terrible Accuracy
I added the sensor so that I could get a more accurate measurement under my shaded porch, because the stock temperature sensor is inside my wind gauge, which would be off during direct sun. This was advertised as “Swiss grade accuracy”, so I thought this would be the perfect solution. Well, total fail.
First of all, signal is extremely weak, and I had to move it despite being 50 feet away, even tho it advertised 400 foot range. Also connection drops intermittently, which is annoying and didn’t happen to the stock version.
Secondly, I’ve noticed extreme inaccuracies. Very possible my unit is defective, because it’s nearly 10 degrees off, at NIGHT. Humidity readings also 20% different. Notice it’s raining in my attached photo, yet it said only 60% while 80% seems more accurate. I am going to return this- total disappointment and back to drawing board!
