I purchase wholesale to pass the savings on to you. I love these products and they are 100% guarenteed. I came to E-Bay because I had to quit working full-time to stay home with one of my children that's had some serious medical problems and required 24 hour care. I'm hoping to continue staying home to provide the care she needs. My husband works very hard so I can stay at home. This has been alot of fun and the kids and I feel we're able to contribute. My daughter loves shopping and my son loves to help with the pictures. This has been a great way to stay in the industry I love. Thank You!!

I prefer PayPal. I also, accept certified cashier's checks or money orders's. Please notify me within 24 hours after the auction closing if your mailing payment or you need more time. Unfortunatly, there are those who don't pay. If I haven't heard from you within 7 days after an auction closes the item is relisted and I do report unpaid items.

I use postal priority shipping, however I do use priority flat rate box also. I find if you choose the flat rate it benefits those customers where distance isn't close and I do have some items that have heavier shipping weights. Most case's you will receive your package in 2-3 days. I do offer shipping discount's if you purchase more than one item from me at the same time. For smaller weights I'm trying first class mail and takes 2 to 5 days shipping time.

I will accept returns on Professional Beauty Products within 7 days for exchange only. Other item's cash back if item is returned within 7 days in original condition. Buyer pays shipping. If something is my fault I will pay shipping. If your not satisfied please allow me the opportunity to correct it. I always leave feedback and if your satisfied with me please do the same.
