Most of my items were previously used as department store display items. That means these dresses were worn by plastic department store mannequins. They are all brand new, some with all tags, others with just a sliver of the original price tag attached. Display items may have dust, small removeable marks or wrinkles. Some items have very small nicks or loose threads or missing beads. These are often very hard to see and aren't noticeable. If you are looking for brand new, mint quality items, most of my auctions are not for you. If you want an exceptional price on a like new expensive designer item, then welcome to the family Remember, you are getting a bargain price on my dresses - if you need something with all tags or you need to try an item on before purchasing, please buy directly through a retail store. My dresses are offered at such rock bottom prices that I cannot accept returns, exchanges or credits for any reason. Please don't bid if you don't understand this.

I offer shipping worldwide. Some items are not available for shipping to international customers, so please check the auction listing before placing a bid. I ship all U.S. packages via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. When an item is shipped, I always contact my buyers with a tracking number. I am also happy to arrange special shipping methods or work with you for overnight delivery, etc. Please note that INSURANCE on your packages is optional and is at the buyer's request only. Insurance is an additional $1.75 for $50.00 worth of coverage per package. I highly recommend purchasing insurance as I cannot be held responsible for packages once they are shipped. Insurance gives you the peace of mind in case your item is lost, damaged or misdelivered. At checkout, you may always select the checkbox for optional insurance. International buyers are welcome. By placing a bid, bidders in foreign countries accept responsibility for loss or damage.

It's simple. I sell many expensive formal gowns and dresses, the types of luxury designer clothing that can be worn once then returned by unscrupulous buyers. I do not run a store so I cannot accept any returns on clothing items. I don't accept exchanges for different sizes, as what I sell is usually a one time only offer! Bid on it now because I'll never have another like it in the same size! Just because I have a dress in a size 14 does not mean I have it in other sizes. My feedback rating aside, what really sets me apart as a seller is my stellar customer service. All of my items come from a child-free, smoke-free and pet-free environment! Nothing is worse than buying clothes on eBay and they arrive smelling like cigarettes or dogs or are covered in cat hair! YUCK! You don't have to worry about that with my items!
