All arrived dead was during a cold spell. Seller never responded to my messages, so no communication. No heat pack was provided either. Overall, not impressed with shipping, product (they were all dead) or communication. He seems to be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, no communication, problems with product and nothing to help them in the cold weather. Basically, no pride whatsoever, on what they are shipping out to people as long as they can do it cheap, to make the most money.

Crickets arrived in a box with no ventilation. There was no live label and no inner packaging. When I opened the box crickets were everywhere squished and stuck to the packing tape.
Over 50% were dead and there were other bugs in the box with them.
I've been ordering crickets for a long time from other retailers and this is by far the worst I've ever gotten.
I've emailed the seller twice and give over a week for a response and gotten nothing. I'll be going to eBay with this now.

I ordered 250 crickets from this seller. When they were delivered, all but a few were dead. It's the middle of winter in Idaho and the box had no insulation of any kind, just a cardboard box with egg cartons in it. Poor packaging is more than likely the cause of such casualties as I've bought them from other vendors and had great success. I immediately sent pictures and emailed the seller to try and resolve the situation, but a week later I still haven't had a response. Very disappointed.

I waited almost a month to post this review in hopes the seller would resolve the issue. DO NOT buy crickets from them. 90% of them were dead when arrived. They were just thrown in a cardboard box with an egg carton. They were shipped with no food, no heat pack and no ventilation to survive the trip. I contacted seller immediately after opening the box and sent picture proof. They never responded back. I tried a few more times since then and still no answer. Don’t waste your money on this seller
