My business history as i stated above I started in high school selling beepers/pagers did really good with after high school went to collage. I was working at a cell store as a rep i made top sales for 6 months moved to a manager postion, Then the boss gave me %10 of a new store that was not doing goodin sales, I made that store into a gold mine. I then bought Half of the store and then 3 years later bought 4 stores and ending up buying out my boss. I have now become more involved with cellular wholesale I buy big volume of phones & accessories and I resell to other cell phone stores dealers and customers I work on volume, Thats my life story

I only accept paypal no other payments. The reason why is because it keeps away from negative feedbacks and shipping delays, for example in the past customer would send me a check for an item and it took 5 days before it got to me and then i would have deposit it into my bank account wait a week before out of the state checks clear and then ship out the item, now its 15-17 days before customer gets ther item , at that point they are mad for shipping delay and they would leave me negitive feedback. At one point I accepted money orders And a Person sent me a Western Unioun money order that was fraud and i lost over $380. paypal is the safest way on the internet trust me i learned he hard way.

I ship USPS only becaus its right next door to my store. And i have no problems with them I ship over 450 pacakges a month

I offer an exchange on all products I dont get to many back I check all cell phones before shipping and if there is a probelm I will take care of it
