Took a couple days longer to actually ship than Id like and then not being able to communicate because of ebays authenticity rules made it way more frustrating because it leaves the buyer in the dark. I'm disappointed. The 500 piece puzzle I ordered was replaced with a 350 piece puzzle. I ordered a flower 500 piece puzzle and my mom received a dog 350 pc. puzzle. I appreciate that the seller wrote and included a note, but I would've appreciated a message asking if I was OK with a replacement. I just expect to get what I ordered.
