I am a budding herbalist. I am growing a Medicine Garden the
- Good Way- keeping as traditional and close to the earth as possible. I learn from the plants and elders. Today I have been able to produce several tinctures that help with arthritis, insomnia, menopause and stress. I have been able to create - with the help of the plants and elders, salves to releive itching from big bites, heal scratches and bruises and even relieve bad headaches. It's a fascinating science and look forward to waking up every day to enjoy my first cup of morning coffee and commune with my plants and wildlife before the real day begins. I'm a blessed lady!
