Most products are shipped within 3 days of payment recieved. The exception is personal checks. they will take up to 7 days to clear. Most heavy items (over 10 lb.) have a flat shipping rate of 25.00 and ship either USPS or UPS ground. smaller items will be the actual shipping charges.

Customer required to pay the return freight cost, and the product must be returned in its original shipping carton. All accessories must be returned with the item, upon a satisfactory inspection of the item money will be refunded. We do not do product exchanges.
