I ordered 3 books and I left feedback to have them shipped all together in order to save on shipping charges. I was charged $7.99 for two books and $3.99 for a single book. I ordered all 3 books 2 of the same copy Go ask Alice and 1 copy of The Secret Life of the Bees at the same time within seconds of each other. That is why I left a message to have them shipped together. When I receive the 2 books together they were sent in a box as big as the box my boots were shipped in. In the box there was a lot of brown Paper to keep the books from moving around (I guess?).I felt these books could have been shipped in a large brown envelope with bubble wrap inside or a cardboard(FedEx Type)of envelope, which would have been a heck of alot cheaper for me the consumer please keep in mind that I am a single parent of 2 kids that receive no child support and I had to retire to a fixed income. Every dollar counts so please consider my money and life when it comes to shipping items. I AM NOT RICH!

I have a remarkable business background,I took Consumer law so that I could attain good choices and decision. Most of all to know business law so that no one can wrongfully take that almighty dollar from me and vice-versa. I love shopping and doing business but as my health deteriorates from (LUPUS) I'm having to depend on doing alot of business on the internet.

I use PayPal almost 100% of the time but can pay by other means if asked such as credit/debit cards,checking accounts, cashier check, money order-the sky's the limit.

I have a big pet peeve about shipping and trying to save money there. I prefer combined shipping but if there is a good reason or explaination for enormous shipping rates I usually try to give the seller the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes shipping rates can be cheaper if a person just uses common since. A good idea of that is you don't ship a small book in a big boot box, when it could have been shipped in a padded envelope. Of course a shipping calculator gives shipping estimations but if the seller knows the definite shipping weight(I believe in honesty)give the consumer their extra money back because everyone has different living situations and they might depend on those kibble and bit overflows to use in other areas of their life.

I believe when it comes to returns if they are offered, they should be delt with quickly and efficiently. Good calm communication can get the job done.
