We started Muffey and Me in 2003 when we retired from the corporate world. Our background includes over 60 years in customer service so we naturally work hard to make sure our customers are happy! We professionally pack and ship all items and ship them so that you receive them as soon as possible. We know that there are hundreds-of-thousands of sellers on the internet so when you choose Muffey and Me, we appreciate the fact that you are trusting us to provide a quality product, with quick, professional customer service.
Payment policy
We accept payment via PayPal where you can pay via credit card, electronic check or with your account balance. We are also happy to accept credit card payments directly in the checkout process. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Money orders and cashiers checks are also accepted.
Shipping information
We are happy to combine shipping for multiple items. It is very helpful if you email us to let us know you are bidding on multiple items. Once you have completed your purchases just go to checkout and the shipping will be combined for all items. Please feel free to wait and pay for all items once you have completed your purchases. We really appreciate it when you email us to let us know you are waiting to pay when you have finished all of your purchases.
WE SHIP EVERY WEEKDAY! At Muffey and Me, we work very hard to get your item to you as soon as possible! Your package will be professionally packed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment! Most items are shipped the same day we receive payment and are delivered within 3-10 business days. We use the US Postal Service and DHL. Please remember to provide a STREET ADDRESS if your item is shipping via DHL. Not familiar with DHL? It is a ground carrier similar to UPS or FEDEX.
Return policy
We sincerely hope that you will be happy with your purchase; however, if you decide to return your item, we will take care of you. Please make sure you keep all original packaging, tags and packing slip. Notify us that you are returning it at ellen@muffeyandme.com within 5 days of receiving the item. You pay all shipping for the return. We will notify you once we receive your package and we will issue your credit in the amount of the item at that time. I’m sorry but we cannot refund the shipping unless we sent the incorrect item.
