The seller sent totally the wrong item, which was due to their carelessness. The only option I was given was to return the item, and, if I wanted, to reorder. I had to take the time and trouble to carefully repackage the item, drive to the post office, and wait in line there. That time and trouble was only for the benefit of the seller; I received no benefit from it except getting my own money back because of their carelessness. Needless to say, I did not reorder from this seller. Not pleasant.
