Very disappointed with my experience with this seller! I was notified that my card was charged, the package was on its way and should arrive within a week or so. But then, two days after the item was due to arrive, I checked on the status of my order in my eBay account and saw that the seller canceled my order, indicated untruthfully that the buyer requested a cancelation and seems to have sold to a higher bidder.. I was not notified of any delay or problem. What a joke.. would not recommend.

I explained to the buyer that UPS diverted the package to their UPS Customer Center. It will take weeks for me to get back this item. That's why I initiated a full refund. There is no higher bidder.
