We have been located in the Southern Chicagoland suburb of Orland Park, Illinois since 1998. Formerly partnered with the mgrchicago ebay account, we remain the only musical instrument retailer in the area that specializes primarily in USED equipment. On our floor you will find gear that sells for a fraction of the cost of brand new gear. Not to mention VINTAGE and DISCONTINUED items! We BUY, SELL and TRADE used gear seven days a week. Need some cash? Bring your gear to us and get paid on the spot. Need to update your current setup? Bring in your old gear to trade with us and get even more bang for your buck! Payment policy
We accept PayPal and most major credit cards - Visa, Master Card, and Discover. We also accept postal money order, cashiers check and personal check payments. All checks are subject to a 7-day waiting period. All payments are due within five days, regardless of method of payment.
Shipping information
We ship to the lower 48 states of the U.S. Federal Express is our preferred carrier for shipments. All items are shipped fully insured. We make every attempt to ship all items within 3 business days of receiving a cleared payment.
Return policy
We make every attempt to be as thorough and accurate as possible with all of our auctions. All items are sold as is and all sales are final, unless there is an issue regarding functionality. Only items that are damaged in transit or unintentionally misrepresented or incorrectly listed are eligible for a return or exchange. Music Go Round is not responsible for any return shipping costs.
