WOW! I am totally flummoxed by the customers who leave me low DSRs for shipping rates. I charge ACTUAL shipping only, not one penny more! Since I print the price of postage on my labels, you can easily see that you paid the true cost, no HANDLING fees. In the event of an overpayment, I always refund the difference.
Please remember that the US Postal Service sets the rates. There is nothing I can do about that. I DO NOT overcharge for postage!! If you have a problem with the shipping fees, your gripe is with the USPS, not with me.

My Only Negative Feedback
Here's a copy of those supposed NASTY emails I sent:
#1 Hello, I sent two invoices and also eBay sent a payment reminder. UPI reminders cannot be opened until 4 days after end of auction. All you had to do was let me know when you would pay for it and I would have been happy to wait. I am not a mind reader. I have alot of unpaid items & I have to treat them all the same way. Unfortunatly feedback is not an accurate way of ascertaing a customer's payment history, as sellers can no longer leave negative feedback. Thank you for understanding
#2: Thank you for your payment. You sweater will be mailed on Tuesday morning, 11/24/09. I am sorry if we upset you, but due to our high rate of UPIs I have no option but to have eBay automatically open them. This is an automated system. It can be turned off for certain buyers, but only if I am aware of their intentions. Without any communication the system wil automatically open a UPI on the 4th day after end of auction. Thank you for understanding
