I ship daily by 4:30 pm CST. Mon-Fri No weekends or Holidays of course.If you buy on friday; your item is shipped the next business day. I am located in Central Texas near San Antonio. When your item arrives I include my phone # on your invoice.You can call or email me anytime about any questions or problems you may have. Usually I ship USPS, but if you want an item shipped UPS or Fed-Ex just email me and will make different arrangements. I am here to keep you coming back to My Store.

Because I absorb the cleaning fee's. I only accept returns on NEW Items I sell. My Shop can only give an in-store credit. No refunds. I inspect every new and used item before shipping. Any wrong item sent to you, I will exchange and pay the shipping fee. The buyer must call or email me for a RMA number, giving me a reason why you want to return a NEW Item for credit. If damaged in shipping by a Carrier, I can only replace it with another if I have it in stock. I promise to resolve any problem with my upmost attention and in a very timely manner.
