I wish I had actually done something to earn these two negative feedbacks I have. I go through everything with a fine tooth comb. I give tons of measurements. I list fabric contents. I am very exact. My first neg is 7 years was from a woman who purchased a leather jacket from me. She neg'd me because she didnt think the jacket was a SOFT enough leather. She would not accept a return, because she not only wanted her money back, but wanted to keep the $200 jacket as well. That was not acceptable. My second is from a woman who bought a shirt. I wore this shirt when I weighed 280 lbs! It ran very large. It was marked a 1X and could accomadate a bust line of 58 inches. So I listed it as a 2X and said in the description it was marked a 1X but ran large. I also gave measurements. When the woman contacted me, I promptly offered her a refund if she returned item. She told me no, It wasnt worth the trouble and that everything was OK. Two weeks later she neg'd me.

I have been selling clothing and accessories on ebay for 8 years. I love fashion. Many years of trying to dress a plus size body fashionably have taught me to appreciate the cut and style of clothing. I only buy quality, because I only want quality, for myself and for my bidders. I go over everything I sell with a fine tooth comb and a magnifying glass. You should see the piles of clothing that I don't deem good enough for my buyers. I would never sell anything I was not comfortable with buying myself. My standards are very high.

I only ship to the lower 48 USA, (No territories). I also ship to UK, Germany and Australia, As long as I am contacted first. I also ship most items to Canada, (first class shipping only to Canada, again only if I am contacted first.)

Only if grossly mistated from auction. NO RETURNS IF ITEM DOESNT FIT YOU. I list as many measurements as I can to make it easier for the client. I have never had a return in 8 years. However, if you do have a problem, contact me first, I am willing to work with you. I am only human and I strive for your satisfaction.

About my S&H prices: If I over charge you on S&H, I promptly send back everything over $1.00. Sometimes I pay a portion of the shipping due to miscalculation. Some people are still not happy with this policy and have been trashing my stars. Please, before you leave stars, Ask yourself, Did she refund a portion of my S&H? Was my item packaged well with the proper tissue papers and/or plastic bagging inside my mailer? I am constantly giving refunds, Sometimes even for a few cents. If you have a problem with the quoted S&H price, please either contact me first and I will try to work with you OR don't bid. You agree to the price set when you bid on the auction. You thought it fair when you bid on the item, so why destroy my hard work and effort by slandering me later? Let's work together on opening the lines of communication and resolving this matter before it comes time to leaving negative stars.
