8/22/08: There are 2 new additions to my 10 kitties. One is about 5 or 6 weeks old, it's mother was killing her kittens because she wasn't being fed. I took the mother to the shelter, but kept the baby. Another kitten was found so kept her too.

8/22/08: Maggie Mae will be spayed in about 2-3 weeks courtesy of Hinds Jr College, Raymond, MS - Thank you very much.Shots and worming are due. Took her to the vet for shots, & she got a free pill for heartworms too!

8/28/08 Darlene was spayed today at the 'Big Fix Rig' for $30.00, including a 3 yr. rabies shot, great deal! 8/29/08 she's doing just fine today, mainly eating and sleeping. She's in a little kitty tent until she can run around and her incision has healed better. Maggie and her have been wormed and have had shots. I also got the neighbor's cat done too. Maggie was spayed a month later when she had gained up to 5 lbs. I guess I'm going to have to trap the 3 that are wild to get them fixed, although Mr. Kitty let me pet him for a few minutes without growling at me today 3/14/09.
