Hello, I just love the cloak that I got some time back, you were kind enough to switch it with a shorter one before shiping the longer one and then I would have to return it. I was so happy about that. Also the Ball gown I just size 14 is closer to my size. I was going to et size 18. I am a short apple shaped person. The help and quick emails back to me was wonderful.
