Woodbine Herbs is a small family business offering a large assortment of Herbs, Home Decor, Apparel and More. Woodbine has partnerships with several wholesalers which allows us to offer you unique items at great savings. These items are brand new (unless otherwise stated) and in original packaging and are shipped directly from the wholesalers warehouse.
Payment policy
We prefer payment via PayPal. Payments should be received withing 3 days of close of auction, unless you are paying with a money order or cashier check then payment needs to be received within 10 days of auctions ending, or I will offer a second chance offer to the next highest bidder. We accept eChecks, debit cards, Visa and MasterCard through Papal.
Shipping information
Since we use several different suppliers some of your items will be shipped in different boxes and on different days, depending on which supplier they are coming from, I will notify you when this occurs. Buyer pays all shipping cost. I try to offer the cheapest shipping method possible, most items are mailed priority mail ensuring fast delivery. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing of your order (after payment is received).
Return policy
We do NOT accept returns on any herb sampler sets or herbs purchased in 1 ounce packages. We do this because we do not know who has opened and touched these herbs when they leave our store. For all other items there is a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fee does not apply to items found to be defective from the manufacturer.
