There are some out there who prey on the fact that you are new and somewhat nieve about the selling practices and use and abuse the feedback system by filing claims with paypal before you have had a chance to respond. This will bring your feedback score down to 50% with just one person using the system maliciously. They try to bully you into selling an expensive item for next to nothing and this will cause you to lose money after fees and shipping. Always set the reserve for the exact least amount you are willing to take. There is something called a secret reserve that you can set and the reading material in the help section of e-bay explains this, however, there are people getting away with this.They are trying to chase you off! It's hard to get protection against this type of bullying. If I can save one person from this problem, I have a small chance of changing things. Please pass this info on to your friends and family.
