The Chi-tastic flat iron
I finally decided to buy a Chi because I'd heard such good things about it. Everywhere and I went and everyone I asked *loved* the Chi. One day, my hair dresser used it on my hair and I was convinced! Although, I'm not sure if it was the actual Chi or the hairdresser! So I went online and purchased a pink Chi here on eBay. I was at work, but I had to try it right away, so at lunch I tried it out a little. It came out pretty darn good. Considering I was like 10 feet from the mirror and my hair was a mess that I day- the Chi really made a difference. I tried it in the morning with my regular routine and I wasn't feeling as good. It sure did flatten my hair, but I think It was me trying to adjust to it because when I tried it the next day- I LOVED the outcome. It was easy to add a little curl at the end while adding the flat look to the spots I wanted too. The only thing that concerned me was with it only having one temperature (around 350-400 degrees, I believe) was when I was ironing, sometimes steam was coming off my head! I'm sure that can't be good for a person (but hey, I'm no hair expert either). If I had the choice, I would definitely buy again! There was definitely a difference between my Chi and my old flat iron.
