After multiple days of not processing a return & ghosting me, I've decided to just leave a review on this seller & the item. The Neck Node is clearly damaged (as you can see in the pictures) the figured arrived with the head rolling around in the packaging. The legs feel extremely fragile and weak, resembling a warm plastic feeling. I hate leaving bad reviews but after multiple days of ghosting me, I feel this is unacceptable. Especially when this same product is on Alibaba for half the price!
