The filter arrived well packed and timely, it had no hose lines (looked in great condition). When I installed hoses and ran filter it had hidden leaks and a cracked double tap. I believe seller was unaware of these issues not having hose to check filter and when I contacted seller, offered me a double tap. I had already purchased new Orings and double tap and declined generous offer. Seller was very willing to work out a fix. Would recommend seller
