WHERE I GET MY ITEMS
I love garage sales, auctions, estate sales, and have a couple favorite thrift stores. It astonishes me how many people donate or sell items that still have the original tags on them.
I launder everything without tags and completely air out the items with but I cannot guarantee there won't be a stale odor or cigarette smell. I know there's many out there who don't like Febreeze, etc., so I just do the best I can. I will not stick a fabric sheet in your package. Just be aware that these things are not from a store in case of allergies.

I feel I am pretty good at customer service as I treat everyone like I want to be treated and it's worked pretty well so far. All but one of my negative feedback have been from non paying bidders that I negged and they retaliated. The other is from a gal who tried to pull a switch on me with hot rollers - wanted a refund but didn't want to return them. She made the mistake of telling me they weren't arranged in the box like the ones she had bought 3 years prior. Told her to send them back so I could check for my mark (invisible pen) and she decided to keep them but left a neg. So, please be aware that I protect myself with invisible pens whenever possible.
Payment policy
I prefer paypal but will take personal or cashiers checks and money orders also.
Shipping information
My mailman comes around 10:00 a.m. and picks up my packages. Anything paid for by 9 gets shipped. I love to get the items to you as soon as possible and it makes more room for me to get more deals for you.
Return policy
I will refund upon return if I misrepresent anything but not for clothing fit as I put careful measurements in each listing.

POWER SELLER
I have been an on and off power seller, which has NOT affected my customer service whatsoever but I don't display the logo as sales drop dramatically when I do. People are afraid that power sellers are too busy to care for their purchase and that just isn't the case with me.
