My husband and I both sell on my account. I've been an Administrative Assistant for Multi-Million dollar companies, and have been a business Manager for a couple as well. My husband and I both have our Associate's Degrees, and I'm working on my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Marketing. We've sold items online for years, and it's finally paying off. We're learning SO MUCH about the items we sell now. And are meeting some of the neatest people on the planet! We really are enjoying our eBay experience!

I prefer Paypal because I can print your postage online and can get your item to you so much quicker but, I also accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks. No personal checks can be accepted as they take up to 10 days to clear, and at my bank if your check bounces, I am fined $15.00. I've been burned too many times to risk it.

I try really hard to ship within a day or two and do not charge any handling costs at all. I only charge exact shipping costs only, and I add Delivery Confirmation to all of the packages I ship out. I'm always looking for the best deals for my customers. I'm just cool like that! ;)

I don't have a standard Return policy because of the variety of things I sell. If you email me ahead of time, I will tell you what I can do for a return policy for your item. If it's misrepresented at all, I will give you a full refund. I want all of my customers to be really thrilled with their purchase.

You can contact me through eBay's email system anytime, I check it off and on all day long. That is the very best way to get ahold of me. I also have my personal email, nannys.stuff@hotmail.com but you always risk it going to the junk mail bin. For some reason spam from China, ALWAYS goes straight to my inbox, but mail from my buyers is hit and miss. It's SO irritating! So, until eBay fixes that problem, eBay's email is always the best bet. I devulge my home phone number and address to all of my buyers as well, so you can actually talk to me on the phone (I have unlimited Long distance and will gladly give you a call if you need to verify something with me).
