I will make every effort to ensure buyer satisfaction. If not satisfied with purchase, I will be happy to make arrangements.
Bad Sellers
I have no patience with bad sellers. I have lost money 3 times on Ebay. So I don't really trust someone who has wild excuses for not shipping. I ship the items I sell in a timely manner, and expect the same from other sellers. If you are going to list an item and can't ship promptly, please at least have the courtesy to email the buyer. I have heard so many excuses, my favorite being the latest. After 3 weeks of no communication I emailed the seller. He claimed he couldn't get out because he'd had freezing rain and over 2 ft. of ice!! For 3 weeks!! I guess that was why he couldn't communicate. I looked at his feedback and wondered how on earth he was buying, and leaving feedback for items while he couldn't send mine. He purchased and received many items while I still waited for mine. His mail carrier must have a heck of a delivery vehicle. Must have been a tank! I opened a Paypal claim, suddenly he could talk and had the item packed to mail. Where did that 2ft of ice go so fast?
