I ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL. Its the safest and easiest form of payment. Everything is recorded in Paypal's system which greatly reduces the chance of any mishaps or misunderstandings. We are both protected. At this time, I do not accept money orders (because they take a VERY long time to clear) or other forms of payment especially if you are buying outside of the US.

Please understand that I include shipping AND HANDLING charges. In order to ship items adequately I must have envelopes, boxes, tape, bubble wrap or other fillers, & of course shipping money. Depending on the item, I may even take it to the cleaners (Read Health section). I also like to ship via PRIORITY MAIL to minimize the time that your item is circulating in the mail system. Less time = less chances that your item will arrive damaged. My shipping charges are very reasonable. HOWEVER, in some auctions shipping may seem a bit high because I include my starting bid within the shipping charge. I do this because listing my starting bid separately greatly increases the listing fee for those particular items. This allows the item to be cheaper to list, and thus cheaper to purchase. I don't do this often, but if you are concerned about these types of listings, feel free to email me. Lastly, I DO combine shipping on multiple purchases purchased with a single and complete payment.

Returns are on a case-by-case basis. I can NOT accept returns that are lost/stolen/damaged at the fault of the mail carrier. I CAN accept returns if I grossly misrepresent an item at my discretion. I am VERY understanding, but as per bidding agreement, I have the right to refuse returns.

All items come from a smoke-free home and I go the extra mile to make sure what you receive is clean and neat. Depending on the item, I may sometimes take it to the cleaners before mailing it to you. Due to health hazards/skin sensitivity, I do not spray any articles you may purchase with perfumes, Febreeze, etc., but I may clean it with mild soap and a cloth. Its out of habit. I'm a bit of a neat-freak. I'd hate to receive any item I purchase in a dirty or foul-smelling condition. Also, there's no such thing as too much packing tape. I take weather (rain) in different cities/states into account. I tape and re-tape all packages to ensure that it will last the journey to your doorstep. If too much tape is a health hazard for you (sensitivity to tape, etc), please message me.

This isn't something that is mentioned here on eBay, but I can NOT stress this enough. When I receive an item, I make sure to SHRED the envelope/box/packing slip at once. I protect my identity as well as the sender's identity and personal information. I expect you to do the same. Do not simply discard envelopes/boxes/invoices into the trash. Take the time to SHRED or ADEQUATELY TEAR all documents with our names, addresses, and phone numbers. Nowadays, people require less info to gain access to your identity and personal assets. I shred all of your info (invoice & mailing slip), so PLEASE follow through and do the same on your end. Thank You :)
