Buy it, and good luck!
The only reason I don't think this workout DVD gets a 5star is because she does not talk/warn/explain a lot during the video and it takes some time to "get" some moves, however, this is like nothing out there, like nothing I've seen before. This dvd works mostly "accessory" muscles, that, to my surprise, are a LOT lol. You will be sore in areas you did not know existed! Which takes me to the next point, I have lived a pretty sedentary lifestyle for some years now {sewing too long, not a lot of time for working out, sitting a lot} and I started with this DVD from basically zero. I have to say, I expected to not be able to MOVE the next day, and to my next surprise, I am a little sore in those strange areas but I can go on and on with my day. On another point, the "mat" part of the workout, is actually not a whole lot {I think 2 segments of I think 5 are mat} the rest will be on your feet. I really do recommend this workout to anyone, from experienced to newbie, I would recommend watching it 1-2 times before doing the exercises, will help you follow it better as she does not talk a lot in it and at times it can get fast {for example standing abs workout is crazy fast}. I don't know what this will do to my body in the long run as I've only done it for 2 weeks now, but I do feel with a lot more energy {which I NEVER do after working out} and it is overall good for you. Buy it, and good luck!

Does the job flawlessly
I paid $35.00 for this phone with the idea that "You get what you pay for". I figured it would last a couple of months, just enough to finish with my lovehate relationship with Verizon {AKA Contract} and move on to another company. I have been pleasantly surprised with how well this cellphone works. First things first, the activation: Super easy, call the 800 number, read off some numbers off the bar and voila, you're done. I had a little bit of trouble doing this because I originally had a Data plan, so I had to be helped by a customer service rep to get my plan changed to a more basic plan. {note: this was for a second line, I don't know how it would work for a main line} The battery lasts for days and days with normal use, compared to my other phone {which is a "smart phone" that has the battery life of a fruit fly} this is an excellent battery life-span. The phone itself is very sturdy, great voice quality, good looking and has many options for ring tones and personalization. If you are a "texter" or someone who wants to be able to go online on their phone, I do not recommend you get this phone, as it does not have a key pad and it does not browse the internet well. If you are looking for a simple, good buy phone, this is it, don't look any further! And if you are considering Verizon as a cellphone provider, I suggest you check and compare plans and "common billing issues" with this company versus other companies, the main reason I'm canceling is because of these, so, if you can avoid it, please do.
