All items labeled by American Artist will come with proof of the artists tribal affilation in the form of a copy of their tribal ID. this is to prove that it is authentic. Some people are selling items that are not produced by American Indians but they label these itema as being authentic. I will not sell an item labeled by American Indian unless I have proof and I can provide proof to the customer. An item is not made by and American Indian unless the Artist has a tribal membership. The only way to get a tribal membership is to prove your bloodline to a tribe. I have done this and i require this from any artist that i sell for that claims to be an American Indian. If the person you are buying from claims that it is made by an American Indian please request a copy of this document from them if they are no offering it with the item.
