DIY Naturals evolved out of Jessa's tradition of giving herbs to her family members and friends who had given birth. She created a postpartum herbal blend based on recipes from two different books- Birthing From Within by Pam England and Birthing the Easy Way, Learning the Hard Way by Sheila Stubbs- and other information gathered from Medication and Mother's Milk by Thomas Hales and The Nursing Mother's Herbal by Sheila Humphrey. She used the same recipe for her own pstpartum herbal sitz bath after giving birth at home to our second son who was 23 inches long, weighed 10 lbs. & 8 oz., had a head circumference of 15 inches, and came out sunny side up! She believes that the herbal sitz bath blend she used helped heal the fourth degree tear to her perineum that one physician had told her would require plastic surgery! We ship daily- usually the same day you pay- from the Tower Station Post Office in Aurora, Colorado. Our zip code is 80046. We only ship via USPS. We are honored to work with the brave and hard-working postal employees here in Aurora, CO. As much as people complain about the U.S. Postal Service, they delivered packages here on Christmas Eve, during a blizzard, even when sidewalks weren't shoveled and streets weren't plowed. We are humbled and inspired by the bravery and committment of our local postal workers. We're lucky to live less than a mile away from a great post office with a self-serve machine in the lobby, which is how we are able to ship packages almost 24/7 and six days a week. We print our own postage and ship anywhere in the Uinted States of America. We do not ship to Canada or Australia at this time. Someday, we hope to offer international shipping- but with one vehicle and two preschoolers, standing in line to declare packages isn't something we can do on a regular basis

We offer refunds for all items returned in the same condition they were delivered within seven days of receipt of item(s). We do not pay for your return shipping. Many eBay Sellers do not accept returns at all, so please accept this compromise. To date, we have never had anyone return anything yet- although we did accidentally ship the wrong items to two people when their labels were switched! (Both Buyers were very understanding and worked with us- even shipping the packages to one another for us- and we refunded their shipping plus reimbrsed them for their time.) We will bend over backwards to please our customers and all we ask is that you treat us the way you would like to be treated- with honesty, patience, and respect. If you use one of my handcrafted natural bath and body product and experience an allergic reaction, I will refund the item if you return it in the original packaging and you have used less than two ounces of the product. The best way to contact me is through eBay. My partner and I check the eBay messages throughout the day, and he checks for items to be shipped before leaving for work at 6:30 a.m. and after getting home from work at 4:30 p.m. We are in the MTN time zone.
