Arrived many days late but all the fish are alive and seem healthy. I rated 'experience' as positive because the fish did arrive, eventually. Package was "shipped" promptly (July 16) but didn't arrive until Aug 3. Received an update saying pkg would arrive Jul 21 - Jul 25 and another (soon after leaving a message on Jul 29 saying pkg had not arrived) saying the fish would arrive Aug 4. Seems to be no way to contact seller. Probably will not order from them again.

Only received 20 shrimp with 5 dead. Seller included news paper for insulation, however should have included cool bags due to heat (hence the dead shrimp). HOWEVER I sent seller pics and damaged box from usps transporting. They responded same day and provided my with a discount. I’m rating this positive due to the alive shrimp being healthy and doing a great job in my tank and great communication with seller. Shipping was also a lot quicker than anticipated.

Arrived earlier than originally expected, with alerts all along the way to let me know. Arrived well packaged, all alive, and haven’t lost even one! They were small, which isn’t a problem and probably increases chances of survival, but I mention it so a buyer might know what to expect. They grow fast! Thanks for a good buying experience!!

Not a single dead fish! Very pleased. Only comment is the tracking information via USPS was not very accurate, and the package arrived 2 days before the scheduled arrival. Normally that is a good thing, but with live fish in the summer I am just glad I was home!
