The shipping and handling fee via UPS Ground is $12.50, or if requested, $20.00 via UPS 2nd Day or $40.00 via UPS Red Label Overnight (Monday through Friday delivery only). Insurance is an additional 1% of the selling price and is required due to the nature of the product. Get It Fast is offered on all items.

Return Policy: If we have sized the ring, rhodium plated the ring, or changed the center head on the ring at the customer's request prior to shipping, or if the ring has been altered in any way after delivery to the customer, then the ring cannot be returned. Otherwise, returns are welcome within one week of receipt with a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number must be requested by email within 5 days of receipt. We generally do not charge a restocking fee, but we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee if we feel our return policy is being abused. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are not refundable. Return shipping, handling and insurance fees are the responsibility of the customer. All returned purchases must be shipped fully insured
