We are buyers and sellers on eBay. We recycle at home and when ever and where ever possible. We try to buy Green and we like to sell Green. We both like to keep busy and we both have multiple projects going on at once. Keeps us young!

We detest shilling and snipe bidding and we watch the bidding very closely for these types of practices. Rest assure that if we suspect that something in the bidding process is against our or eBay's policies the matter is quickly dealt with and with resolve.

Packaging? We are buyers also, & we have learned first hand, from all you wonderful eBay sellers, how items should be packaged. We will pack to the extreme to insure that you will receive your item safely. Some items(glass,porcelain,etc.),shipped to cold climates may require an acclimation time in your house BEFORE OPENING. Often the quick change in climate may cause cracking or breakage and the carriers insurance will not cover this. We know your anxious, but give your new addition a couple of hours to get use to its new home, if you live in this type of climate. Multiple Buys? When applicable we are delighted to have multiple purchases to save on postage, so always, request a combination discounted shipping invoice on multiple buys, please. We will add $2.69 more for each additional item that can fit safely in the boxed item with the Highest Shipping Cost. Some items cannot be packaged together because of safety or mailing rate issues(media rate). In this case, we will notify you.

Payment? We expect a courtesy contact from you if there are unforeseen delays in payment. Life has a way of surprising you sometimes, so please, notify us with an explanation and we will work with you. Otherwise payment is due upon winning the auction. We prefer Pay Pal or Credit Cards through Pay Pal. If payment or notification of delay of payment is not received within one week then a non paying buyer alert is filed through eBay.

Shipping? Items are usually shipped within 1 business day of payment. If unforeseen shipping delays occur you will be notified of this delay, with our apologies. We try to ship everything with the United States Postal Service. We try to offer FREE SHIPPING on items, however, it may not always be possible. No handling fees, unless the item requires very special packaging for safe arrival and then there will be a small fee, in comparison to the actual cost. This will be noted in the items description section. Notification of tracking will be through PayPal. You can check the delivery status of your package through the notifications they send you. We often like to communicate with our buyers and personally give them a heads up when we ship the item. Most of our items are shipped Parcel Post and sometimes delivery may take as long as 10 days. We sincerely hope that this postal service will not reflect on our shipping feedback. We generally ship within a day of payment receipt.

Issues? NO Refunds given if the item is listed “AS IS” or violates PayPal® refund policy. Please report problems courteously, we will do what we can to resolve your dissatisfaction, as long as you did your part and read our policies and paid for your purchase in a reasonably prompt manner. We are reasonable and very understanding folks, so, if there is a problem, be it ever so slight, please, contact us before it becomes ever so big! Insurance? Please insure (though not required) to guard against the accidents that sometimes happen within the shipping companies (Bless their hard working souls). If there is package damage upon arrival, refuse shipping, or save all packaging materials and take photographs of damage as this will be needed to make a claim. All insurance claims are the responsibility of the Buyer if package is accepted. If you believe the packaging damage was our fault then we may require a photograph of the damaged item and its packaging before assessing a return/refund.

International Shipping? We love our international friends and will ship internationally by Pay Pal Payments Only. Please expect delays in delivery for international orders and for goodness sakes be patient with us as we try to sort through all the international shipping regulations to find you the best shipping cost. Please contact us for a shipping estimate prior to bidding and be aware that the final shipping cost may change due to international shipping regulations. We will notify you of these changes prior to shipping.

We use this grading system to help us, and you, evaluate the condition of the item being sold. This system is of our own design and is not associated with any professional rating or grading system. We may occasionally unintentionally make mistakes and miss small condition problems. We welcome any questions if you are still unsure of an items condition.(A+)=Item is New/Used in excellent/mint condition with no visible defects.(A)=Item is New/Used with slight surface/storage markings. No visible defects or age characteristics that do not detract from the items intended use or value as in the case of antiques, rare/unique vintage items.(B)=Item that has been used, shows little wear, possibly one or two small defects that do not detract from the aesthetics or function of the item.(C)=Item is Functional & Presentable, perhaps a repaired crack, chips, dings that are not visible until close inspection or visible but not offensive.

(D)=Possibly presentable, inexpertly repaired, poor condition, possibly non functional. Desirable for parts or for a unique application.(AS IS)=The condition problems will be listed although other defects or missing parts/pieces may not be detected by us but have not intentionally been omitted. Items may not have been inspected due to inadequate knowledge of the item or limited time allowances. NO REFUNDS on AS IS items. Please contact us prior to bid with condition questions that are not listed and we will try to answer the best we can.
