Paypal is the only accepted method of payment. Payment is expected within 7 days. After 7 days, an Unpaid Item dispute will be filed. I will try to contact you before I file a dispute, but if you do not respond, then I will continue with the dispute. Payment within 2 days is PREFERRED. If you don't intend to pay within 2 days, then send me a short message and let me know the details. I am very understanding and will work with you. Great customer service is a priority!

Shipping methods may vary from auction to auction, but USPS Media Mail will remain the method of choice. Media Mail is slow, but inexpensive. If you have a special request for shipping, then let me know right away. There is a 2 business day (max) handling time, though most packages will be shipped within 24 hours. Delivery Confirmation is included in every shipment. Insurance is optional. I ship Monday through Saturday. When leaving feedback on shipping, please keep in mind that I do not have control over shipping time. Combined shipping is available on individual books purchased from the store. For each additional paperback book add only $1.00 (or $1.50 for hardback) to the highest shipping cost of the items! In order to qualify for combined shipping, items must be purchased within 2 days. Request an updated invoice and/or wait for me to send one. If you do not, then you will have to pay each item's shipping costs with no discount. Combined shipping is NOT available on lots.

If the quality of the item is not as specified in the listing (disregarding any damage that the shipping may have caused), then it may be returned within 7 days of receipt (according to USPS tracking information). Buyer pays for return shipping with Delivery Confirmation. If Delivery Confirmation is not purchased, then no refund will be given. I must be contacted immediately to discuss the complaint and the details of the return. Once I receive the item, I will refund the price of the item less shipping charges. If I made a mistake (e.g. sent the wrong item), then I will refund the cost of the item and shipping charges. Refunds will not be given for buyer's remorse or damage due to shipping. Please do NOT leave negative feedback BEFORE I have tried to work out the problem with you. Buyer satisfaction is extremely important and I will do whatever I can to fix a problem. Thanks.

Also, include any specific info (like item #, user name, etc.) required for a proper response in the body of the email.
