How we do business: We are user friendly! We like doing business with friendly sounding people, don't you? We don't like those mean, nasty, arrogant eBay ads and we won't make a bid on something that seems to be posted by an unfriendly person to start. How can you trust that?

Paypal is our preferred method of payment, however, we accept postal money orders and cashier's checks. Personal checks may be sent but email us for instructions. Payment must be received within 5 days of close of auction or item may be re-listed or offered for Second Chance to the other eBay bidders.

We ship out items as soon as we can after receiving payment. We ship worldwide. When applicable, Shipping includes tracking at no additional charge. We pride ourselves on our safe packaging techniques. If you’d like insurance, please purchase it. We'll sometimes waive shipping fees to allow a local pick up of item FREE.

Ask questions if you are concerned about the item on which you are bidding. Our basic policy is NO refunds. However, We guarantee your satisfaction on all items we sell. So, we need to hear if there's a problem & see if we can fix it. For clothing, Refunds will not be given if the item does not fit. Contact us to authorize a refund. If you are authorized for refund, only the purchase price of the item will be refunded. Unauthorized returns will be ignored. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. All refunds take roughly 2 business days for processing but may be completed earlier.
