Shipping within the US is done via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day delivery time). Shipping includes delivery confirmation number. We ship orders Monday thru Friday. Items are normally shipped within 2 days of payment clearance (No shipping Saturdays or Sundays). We do our best to ship purchases that are made before 12 noon eastern time on the same day (mon-fri), and to ship purchases made after 12 noon eastern time the next day, but it is not a guaranteed incentive. It is an effort we make to reward our customers with prompt shipping and a speedier delivery. We ship worldwide. We do not accept local pickups.

You should always check each particular auction for its returns/exchanges information. If there is a problem, please let us know within the specified warranty period from the date of delivery. Return requests made after that specified time will be denied. Buyer is responsible for all costs of shipping items back to us. Shipping costs are NOT refunded. Only functionally defective items are eligible for exchange or refund. Physical damages are not eligible. Items must be returned to us in the same condition as they left us, with ALL ACCESSORIES. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
