This person is bold face lying about what happened. I sent the item to their address on file and it was returned to me as undeliverable. Tried to contact them to get an address that actually worked and they opened a case and verbally abused me

Item was shipped but never received. The seller did not get a tracking number for it, so I had no way of knowing where it was. I contacted the seller about it and didn't get any answer from him, seemed to be ignoring me. After a few weeks of waiting he did finally send me a note and would try to find where it had gone to. After another 10 days or so I complained to Ebay about it, and they couldn't find it either, so they refunded my money with no problems. The seller was worthless in helping me.
