I use USPS Priority shipping in most cases. In some cases I may offer a first class shipping option but prefer to use Priority. USPS Click & Ship is cheaper than going to the post office, it always provides a delivery confirmation so my buyers can track where their item is and know when they will be receiving it. I use the Priority shipping for my own convenience and reassurance as well as for my customer's satisfaction. In all the years I have been doing this, I have had one item broken, and I don't think the post office did it. Shipping insurance is not worth paying for. It's a big hassle and takes up too much time. You can trust your items will be packaged well and shipped safely through new_york_chik's auctions without spending extra money on insurance.
Return policy
I do not offer a return policy as all of my items are described in honest detail. If you read all of the auction, you know what you are getting. If an item is damaged in any way it will be disclosed in my description and you can decide from there if you do or do not want the item. I do not give buyers an option to take the item home and see how bad the damage is and then decide to return it. As well as an honest and accurate description, I always provide good clear pictures of an item. If there is damage to it or questionable damage, a photo of the area in question is also always provided. There is no reason to offer a return or refund policy other than there isn't one. My feedback rating says it all.

You can always feel free to contact this seller with any questions you may have. ALL questions and inquiries are always addressed and answered in a timely manner. I cannot guarantee an answer to a question within 12 hours of an auction's end but always try to have my auctions end when I will be around to answer any last minute questions should there be any.
What I hate about EBay
The thing I now hate most about EBay, second to their ever increasing fee rates is the fact that negative feedback can no longer be left for buyers. We, the sellers are paying a high cost to list and sell and it is becoming more and more difficult to NOT deal with harassing, annoying, non paying, shipping fee complainant customers. My auctions are clearly written and enjoyed by most EBayers. I have an excellent reputation here. When something sells, it sells. Sometimes I wish I could have or would have gotten more money for it, but if you won it fair and square, it's yours. It's so easy for a buyer to say they didn't get an item and freeze your paypal account. It's also so easy for a buyer to leave negative or neutral feedback because they want to. As a seller that is paying top dollar to EBay and Paypal for selling an item, I feel I should have the opportunity to tell the community if someone has caused a hassle at my auction. Therefore, be sure to read ALL feedback left.
No such thing as NO NEGATIVE FEEDBACK for BUYERS
If a buyer has hassled me, they will get a negative comment. Since EBay has changed their rules to reflect NO negative feedback for buyers, I have found a way around it. I leave a potive, but write a negative remark. READ ALL FEEDBACK LEFT BY ME, A POSITIVE MAY NOT ACTUALLY BE SO POSITIVE. The community has the right to know someone is a hassler.
