I have been in retail sales and customer service for 20 years. I really enjoy working with people and helping them find what they are looking for. Communication and great customer service is so very important. I started New Era Treasures in order to work from home and spend much needed time with my 3 boys who are so important! It was a hobby at first really, but has grown quite a bit this year and now I've expanded with a website and more merchandise. I plan to add more in the coming year so keep watching!

Paypal, Money orders and certified checks in US dollars. No personal checks please.

Shipping is generally UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail in the continental US. Outside the continental US I use USPS Air Parcel Post, Global Express, FedEx International or UPS International services.

All merchandise, except printed or recorded material & international sales, may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping & handling costs, if the customer contacts me for Return Authorization within 14 days upon receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in original undamaged condition to receive full refund. Items listed with free shipping will be refunded purchase price less actual shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for return shipping except in cases of freight damage. Freight damage must be reported immediately upon receipt. There is no restock fee if the return is made within the agreed time. After 14 days a 20% restock fee applies. No returns after 30 days. All claims for damage or defects must be made within three (3) business days of receipt. Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials.
